It’s Official: Lever Is Opening in Toronto
And we think we’re going to love it there!
Seven years ago, Lever set up shop in a small San Francisco office with an ambitious mission: to revolutionize the way that businesses large and small are able to find, engage, and hire top talent. Since then, our team has grown from 3 to over 200, we’ve moved into larger offices three times, and our products are used by over 2,000 customers in 40 countries. So today, we are beyond excited to announce the opening of our second office — in Toronto — where we will continue to lead the way in HR tech by connecting companies to incredible talent.

When we first kicked off the search for our first office outside of San Francisco, Toronto immediately caught our eye — and the city’s motto, “Diversity: Our Strength,” sealed the deal. Since Lever’s beginning, diversity and inclusion have been an integral part of our DNA and are a part of every decision we make. In a city with more than 200 ethnicities and 130 languages spoken, we know we’ve made the right decision.
On our new-to-Toronto agenda: checking out the incredible tech scene and fantastic universities that are creating jobs and attracting amazing people. We’re excited to join some of our own customers there (hi, Shopify! Hi, TIFF! Hi, PagerDuty!), and hope to build strong, new partnerships, too. We can’t wait to be an active part of Toronto’s thriving startup community and meet the innovative companies moving to and growing in Toronto who are looking to connect with incredible talent — something we’ve made a name for ourselves doing.
